The Uniqueness Of Singapore Wedding Photography
I will digress a little from my initial entries and put a bit more insight into photography, this time, Singapore wedding photography in particular.
I have thought about and asked myself, “What’s the best part of my job?” It’s great when people are able to pursue their passions and butter their bread at the same time. But I think the best part of it is when I see a certain glow in the faces of the bride and groom with each happy wedding.
This glow is something that logic can’t seem to explain and words can’t sufficiently express. It is pure joy, and pristine love. It is the excitement over a promising future ahead. It is the union of two people who commit to love, cherish, and adore each other forever.
Such height of the most honest, purest, and strongest of human feelings and intention is what Singapore wedding photography ambitiously captures, frames, and preserves forever.
Beyond the highlighted feelings of the newlyweds, Singapore is also a place that encourages creative expression. The influence of the Lion City’s myriad sights, sound, smell, tastes, people and culture makes the creative side in me, and in the to-be-wed couples, explode! Perhaps this goes to explain why none of my Singapore wedding photography projects come out conventional although they are shot in familiar locations.
In Singapore wedding photography, ordinary things turn magical. The concept for the wedding photography is discussed between bride and groom and the wedding photographer. The location can be in an MRT station terminal, a pizza parlor, a mall, a busy road, or just about anywhere meaningful to the couple. Wedding photographers are flexible and can cater to the newly weds’ idea and interpret their love story through pictures.
When going for a Singapore wedding photography, remember to choose locations that are meaningful and accessible. This helps both photographer and yourselves bring out the drama with every photo. If you need more set up, then indoors will be recommended. Although personally, I like the freedom of the outdoors. Azure sky, an afternoon breeze, the sun setting in the horizon, and you and your loved-one in your best. Perfect!
